Dear Dealership, MBFS and MBUSA Colleagues,
As you may have heard, Mercedes-Benz USA is now once again ranked first in the 2017 JD Power Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) for buyer, luxury, and overall industry!
With an overall score of 830 (+21 points), Mercedes-Benz achieved a first place finish for the second time in the last 4 years (2015 & 2016 – 3rd). This accomplishment once again comes from the collective hard work of everyone who touches and cares for the Mercedes-Benz brand and all of our valued customers.
I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of our valuable Dealership Partners and your team members in the stores, the MB Financial Services team, and all of our MBUSA colleagues for this incredible achievement.
